Christian John Bradley

I’ve lived under pressure and learned how to stand in it.

As a former USC football player and two-time USC graduate, I competed where expectations are high and moments are unforgiving. Later, working with ESPN, I saw the same truth across sports, business, and leadership: talent gets you in the room, but mindset determines who rises when it matters.

I learned that pressure doesn’t question ability—it challenges identity. Anxiety shows up because we care deeply about doing things right, not because we’re unprepared. Without the right internal tools, even the most capable competitors can give away confidence in defining moments.

I founded For The Competitors to change this.

This is not motivation. it’s preparation. Through our Crown Cards, Crown Clips, Coaching, and Workshop experiences, For The Competitors equips competitors to prepare intentionally, perform calmly, and recover confidently so pressure no longer steals what they’ve earned.

For The Competitors exists for those called to compete— entrepreneurs, athletes, coaches, leaders, creators—who refuse to shrink under pressure and choose to walk into every moment crowned.
